Amazon did a great job processing the order - as been my usual experience.
The item is hard to review as it seems sturdy and well-built and came with the screws needed.
Maybe the flaps that attach the adapter to the post could be longer for more stability.
Seems to work. We have had their Oasis Jr. on there for about 2 months and it hasn't fallen off yet nor has the courier complained.
The beef I have is not the fault of this particular item but, the fault of the manufacturer.
I purchased a large locking mailbox from same mfg. at a local store and the packaging did not indicate that the adapter was needed or was sold separately or that it was only available online. Causing us to have to delay our mail for 2 weeks (more because items were having to be sent back to the sender and re-sent later).
